Great Value for Money During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the great value for money that this hotel offered. the room was well decorated and equipped with a TV and air conditioning. the hotel's location was also convenient as it was close to the airport and offered a beautiful view of the city below. the breakfast included in the price was a nice touch.
Poor Customer Service, Limited Options the customer service was poor, and the staff was not very friendly. the dinner options were limited, and the food was sub-par.

This hotel is located on a hill with a stunning view of San Jose. It's close to excellent restaurants and offers a peaceful atmosphere. the rooms and bathrooms are clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and nice furnishings. the staff is exceptional and goes above and beyond to ensure a great stay. the breakfast is delicious, with fresh fruits, Costa Rican coffee, and pastries. the hotel also has a pool, terrace, and library to enjoy.
Finding the hotel can be a bit difficult due to limited street signs and a small sign at the entrance.

The hotel was a beautiful and secluded property, perfect for a romantic escape. The staff was helpful and provided great service throughout our stay. We enjoyed the delicious food at the on-site restaurant and the breathtaking views from the front suites.
It was a bit difficult to find the hotel as there were no signs and it was hidden away from the main road. there were some issues with the restaurant service, where the staff seemed unwelcoming and unprofessional.

This hotel provides luxurious amenities and excellent service. the view of the city is amazing and there are many tropical flowers surrounding the property. the room was spacious, clean, and had exclusive facilities like a private balcony and a Jacuzzi. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the delicious food at the restaurant.
The location was a bit isolated and difficult to find. We got lost trying to follow the printed directions and had trouble locating the hotel sign.
